Defence and Security Economics Workshop

Just back from a great time at the annual Defence and Security Economics Workshop. Big thanks to Matt Webb (Carleton) for serving as discussant and providing great feedback on my paper “Conflict and Immigrant Health: Canadian Evidence” presented in the workshop. Thank you as well to Ugurhan Berkok (RMC/Queens), Karl Skogstad (Lakehead), Binyam Solomon (Carleton), Elise Critoph (Concordia), and Dane Rowlands (Carleton) for putting on a great couple of days in Ottawa!

JERP Special Issue is Out!!

I’m happy to announce that the special issue of the Journal of Economics, Race, and Policy, which I co-edited with Johnny Ducking is now published!
