My new paper, “Macroeconomic Shocks and Racial Labour Market Differences”, with Kuhelika De (GVSU), Dan Giedeman (GVSU), and Gary Hoover(Oklahoma) is now available as a Center for Economic Studies (CESifo) working paper.

Research Visit

Had a great visit at Grand Valley State University to work with my coauthors Dan Giedeman and Kuhelika De on our paper Macroeconomic Shocks and Racial Labour Market Differences. Looking forward to having this under review shortly. Was great to get to meet Sebastian Linde and Christopher Cruz this visit as well!

Sabbatical 2019

Just a quick note that I am on leave until January 2020. I hope to move a number of projects along over the coming months and so hopefully will see a few publications in the coming 6-9 months. I’ll be sure to update any news here.

New Paper Forthcoming

“Banking and Inequality: US State Evidence” is now forthcoming at the Social Science Journal. This paper is joint with Chen Xu, Daniel Giedeman, and Gary Hoover. Congratulations to Chen Xu on his first publication as a graduate student in the economics PhD program at the University of Oklahoma.
